My name is Mitchell. I'm a physiotherapist here with the Movement Mechanics. I've been a physio for about six years now. I moved around from public to private practice, found a position here where I could get people moving with a great gym set up, because that's what I like to do. Get people moving around, get them stronger as an evidence based practitioner. The evidence says, "That I'm getting stronger." You know people who have injuries or weaknesses and pain need to get stronger in those deficits. And that's really what I'm here to do is try to help people target those deficits and get stronger with accessory work, technique work, and get them to function at a quality of life that they need or they want.
