Hyaluronic acid filler is used to enhance the shape, volume and definition of the lips. Kamloops Naturopath Dr. Kayla has two products available so that patients have the choice of noticeable volume or subtle hydration and definition. Half syringes are available!
What is it made of?
Lip filler is made of hyaluronic acid, which is a substance naturally found in the body. This incredible substance prompts the formation of collagen and elastin, while restoring volume and hydration.
How long does it last?
Lip filler lasts between 6-12 months.
Does it hurt?
The procedure does involve some discomfort but Dr. Kayla uses numbing cream which makes it more comfortable!
Will it look unnatural?
If you would like a more natural subtle change in the appearance of your lips, that is something that can be achieved with filler! Half syringes of a lesser dense product can restore lost volume, hydration, and definition without significantly changing your appearance.
